Yes, you can customize the reviewer's questions on the review settings page in the Business section of Trustmetrics. By default, there are some questions provided, but you also have the ability to add new questions or edit existing ones according to your needs.

At this time, we do not offer the option for users to delete their accounts. However, if your account remains inactive for a period of 60 days, it will be automatically deleted.
